The main safety technical measures for bricklaying work
a. the soil at the place where the machinery is parked should be solid and flat to prevent the machinery from tilting due to the sinking of the soil surface
b. Iron fences should be installed on the feeding inlet of the mortar mixer for protection. It is strictly forbidden to operate on the mixing drum and iron fence. Drive belts and gears must be equipped with protective covers

c. the following checks should be made before work:
check whether the mixing page is loose or worn. In fact, these can be packed in a bag to scrape the barrel
check whether the discharging machine is flexible
check whether the machine operates normally
d. the material can be fed only after the mixing page reaches normal operation
e. when turning the page, it is not allowed to scrape the mortar or materials at the mouth of the mixing drum with hands or rods and other objects
f. shake the handle when discharging, and do not turn the mixing drum by hand
g. In case of failure or power failure of machines and tools during work, the product shall be upgraded, the switch shall be opened, and the mixing materials in the cylinder shall be removed at the same time
wetted blocks
bricks, small blocks, etc. should be wetted (or soaked) with water on the ground in advance, and should not be carried out when the blocks are transported to the operation site, so as to avoid causing the site to be wet and slippery
material transportation
a. pay attention to stability when transporting bricks and mortar by car. Do not run at high speed, and the distance between the front and back cars should not be less than 2m; When driving downhill, the distance between two vehicles shall not be less than 10m No parallel or overtaking. The materials contained shall not exceed the trunk
b. The vehicle shall be pushed into the cage for vertical transportation, and the loading capacity and the number of vehicles shall not exceed the lifting load capacity of the cage. When using the rocker arm pull-out rod, the hook should be fastened. When lifting the pull-out rod, no one is allowed to stand under the pull-out rod
c. It is forbidden to throw bricks up and transport them by hand. During manual transmission, it should be delivered and connected stably. Two people should avoid working on the same vertical line
d. when temporarily stacking materials at the operation site, when on the ground, they should be placed on a flat and solid ground, and should not be placed in places with wet water or soft and cracked soil. When placed on the floor slab or bridge way, it shall not exceed its design load capacity, and shall be scattered and stacked, and shall not be excessively concentrated. No stacking is allowed within 0.5~1.0m of the foundation pit
4) install movable scaffolds
a. when installing movable scaffolds on the ground, the ground must be flat and solid, otherwise it must be compacted until it is flat and does not sink, or lay brace plates at the foot of the scaffold to expand the bearing surface. When it is installed on the floor, if it is uneven, it should be wedged with wooden boards. If it is padded with red bricks, it should not exceed two sheets. The scaffold on the ground should be checked for changes after heavy rain
b. The scaffold spacing is determined by the length and stiffness of the scaffold board (bridge brace). The scaffold board shall not be less than two pieces, and its end must extend out of the support cross bar of the frame by about 20cm, but it is not allowed to stretch too long to make a cantilever (probe board); Prevent the weight from concentrating on the suspended part, causing the danger of "somersault" of the scaffold board
c. When the movable scaffold is lifted to 2m, cross bars should be installed between frames to strengthen the connection and stability
d. when two scaffold boards (bridge braces) are overlapped, each board should extend the supporting crossbar of the side frame; Pay close attention not to put the upper board on the probe (suspended) part of the next board. If the scaffold board is replaced by the reinforced bridge brace, it should be fastened with iron wire and frame to prevent sliding
e. there should be no more than two operators on each scaffold board and no more than three bricks in a single row. It is suitable for people standing on one board and stacking materials on one board. In addition, during aging test,
F, unstable tools or objects are not allowed to be used to pad up the scaffold surface, and it is not allowed to superimpose another layer (bridge on bridge) on a layer of scaffold without design and reinforcement
g. When lifting the movable steel pipe scaffold, iron pins shall be used to penetrate the inner and outer pipe holes; It is forbidden to take iron nails for substitution
